Our Essential package covers one attended inspection and one full clean per month, one hour of basic repairs and maintenance, and storm and bad-weather checks at no extra cost. Each inspection covers hull and structure, engine start-up and run, batteries and charging, bilges in all compartments, shore power and electrical panels, mooring lines and fenders, levels, seacocks and safety items, and a security check. You receive a short written report with photographs after every visit.
Essential is one inspection and one clean per month. Premium is two of each, roughly fortnightly. Elite is four of each, roughly weekly, with four hours of maintenance labour included. Storm and bad-weather checks are additional to these on all three packages and are never counted against your visits.
Yes, and before. Storm and bad-weather checks are included in all three packages at no extra cost. When heavy weather is forecast we make an additional visit beforehand — mooring lines doubled and adjusted, fenders set, hatches and canvas secured — and inspect her again once it has passed. You hear from us either way.
Yes, month to month. Many owners move up to Premium or Elite for the season when they’re using the boat, and back down to Essential over winter. There’s no charge to switch and no minimum term on the higher packages.
